This is a terrible idea, and will drop property value. I live on Beechgrove drive and have young children who play outside in our back/front yard, they also ride their bikes in and around the neighbourhood. They do commute to school on their bikes as well. Having so many large trucks travelling up to Lawrance daily is a huge problem. I am also concerned with the air quality of the neighbourhood being affected with that much garbage being processed so close to my house. For such a huge operation I am sure there are other sites more suitable and with less residential properties around.
