Has anyone at the MECP had a look at the traffic routes that will convey the 1200 tonnes per day waste (100 trucks?) to the project site?

This is a terrible site for a waste processing plant at this sort of capacity.

There are two outlets to the nearest traffic artery, Lawrence Avenue East. Both are residential routes that are already subjected to significant truck traffic owing to the two City-owned treatment plants, and the number of industrial operations along Coronation and Copperfield.

I am extremely disappointed that the project has been allowed to get this far - public comment period expiring in roughly 30 days - without any requirement for public notification/consultation.
