It's true. Cap and Trade wasn't all that it was cracked to be, despite all the good it did.
Clearly, this is our time to make the RIGHT choices.
I suggest replacing Cap and Trade with a true carbon and air pollution tax. The more it pollutes or releases carbon, the more the business should be taxed. Pretty simple!
Then we can cover the cost of the increase in health care, climate refugees, etc that are caused by carbon/air pollution.
Stop making all tax payers pay for and subsidize polluters that affect us all!
