Well sadly he is only gong to comply with the minimal rules and then do what he plans to anyway. he has no intention of listening

Maybe so, but the media and Greenpeace in their lawsuit will have transcripts of the comments – if Ford or his people want to “stuff the comments” in their favour it would force them to actually read the Ontario 5 Year Climate Change Action Plan document, the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund that was set up so homeowners and small business could utilize the 2 billion revenue from Cap and Trade and the actual Cap & Trade legislation, I doubt very much that Ford himself has read any of it.
