Do not proceed with this. You are making a mistake. You can't just take land away and arbitrarily assign new land to become part of the green belt. The larger picture of the whole landmass has to be considered to make sure environemental migration patterns and flow of water etc. will be present on this new added land. Also it would not be a good idea set precedent that removing land from the green belt is ok, because sooner than later every developer wanting to make money will be asking to take more away over time. This will lead to a northerly migration of the green belt leaving nothing left down south in the golden horseshoe region.
