I feel that there should be no reason to encroach on our greenbelt to build homes. There should be more thought put into using the land that we have available more effectively. This could be done by allowing rental properties to be built on existing residential lots to improve the issue of homelessness and lack of affordable housing. I feel that affordable housing is more of an issue than building more homes to accommodate people who aren't even here yet. Why not adjust laws so we can take care of and house the Canadians who already live here?
