The passing of bill 4 is the worst thing that could happen. This bill is not in the interest of the Ontario people; climate change is the largest issue facing humanity and this bill will put us decades behind any chance a clean and green future. Ontario and Canada as a whole is looked apon as a progressive nation, of this bill gets passed this will only tarnish our reputation on the world stage and as a result decrease our tourism. This bill only benefits large companies that would rather keep polluting our environment rather then make small changes to their facilities to lower their CO2 (carbon dioxide) emissions. In conclusion bill 4 is not in the public’s best interest but only in the interest of those who have the most to gain by the destruction of our environment.
