Please approve Waterloo Region's Official Plan Amendment 6.

All but one of our 17 elected representatives voted for the Regional Official Plan Amendment 6. Please show respect for the democratic processes in place now.

Building inside the city limits will mean;

1) taxpayers will have to spend less money on infrastructure to outlying suburbs,
2) more people can use public transit,
3) farmland is preserved for local food production,
4) helps reduce car use which is a significant contributor to pollution,
5) green spaces are preserved for future generations and for the preservation of local ecosystems.
