Vaughan Road Medical Inc., 82 Vaughan Road Ltd., and 84 Vaughan Road Ltd. ("clients") are the landowners of 78-84 Vaughan Road, Toronto. They support the inclusion of their property within the St. Clair West PMTSA enacted through OPA 570. The minimum densities proposed by the City of Toronto for the Clair West PMTSA do not reflect the emerging built context and should be raised to encourage continued intensification. The clients suggest raising the minimum density of those properties with frontage along Vaughan Road to at least 3.0 FSI.
