RE: 85 Young Street South, Elmvale, in the County of Simcoe and County of Simcoe's Official Plan Amendment No.7.

We are writing on behalf of our client to the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing to express support for a zoning change from agricultural to low density housing in Simcoe County. With respect to the above-noted ERO Posting, our client, believes that a change to low density housing will bring many benefits to the area and its residents.
