This is incredibly irresponsible and dangerous for all animals involved. Coyotes are only displaced due to construction and their shrinking habitat. Safe capture and relocation is the answer. Not this. Dogs being put in harmful, high stress and potentially fatal situations? I cannot imagine any sane person thinks this is a good idea. Coyotes deserve wildlife protections. Vote no to this proposal, it is highly unethical and ludicrous.
