Regarding this proposal, I can't fully express my horror at expanding this "activity"- I had no idea these "facilities" still exist. Why would ANY compassionate person- hunter or non-hunter- ever support such appalling activities. I would think that the Minister has more appropriate things to do than to support a cruel and barbaric proposal. It does not matter in the least that these wild animal populations are "stable"- how unjustifiably cruel to support such a repugnant proposal.
