Allowing such facilities to exist in a “civilized country” is shameful. How many citizens know that such facilities exist? Respect for all life is important and fundamental. Terrorizing creatures for fun or sport is insane. Stop allowing this to happen in our beautiful Canada. Think with compassion. MSW in Vancouver.
