This is unacceptable. Cruel and inhumane. I'm shuddering at the thought that we've put people in office who represent such regressive views. Absolutely deplorable.
I am in disbelief that someone actually thought that using trapped, live wildlife for hunting dog practice was a good idea, and wasn't even ashamed to voice it. Reprehensible.
