I am not in favor of this…

I am not in favor of this proposal because of the following reasons

1. the request to reopen a long dormant landfill only containing ash by exploiting a loop hole trying to get around doing a necessary environmental assessment for this location

2. the request to dramatically increase the scale the operation of the property creating a large 80 foot mountain of residual waste way too close to residence homes, the community of Dresden, Sydenham River, and Molly's Creek

3. the request to operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so close to residence homes I feel is just rather inconsiderate to the neighborhood and community

4. the substantially increase of traffic this operation will create and this location's limited travel routes due to the need to cross the Sydenham River would rather disrupt and disturb this quiet community of Dresden with little to no benefit to them
