Terranevo is a brand new company just registered in September 2023, clearly is financially backed by lionston however what happens if this company goes bankrupt or decides after starting business that they are closing shop. What will happen to all of the contaminated soil at the facility, who will be responsible for removing it from our road?
The proposal mentions hard surface and roof what if there is an adverse weather system that causes this contaminated soil from leaving this designated area? Who will be responsible for ensuring no damage yo our water wells and surrounding air?
Does this company have any noise and air studies?
What about spills during transport?
Will the company be responsible for testing any issues with wells in the area? This is a new company with no history what will happen if there is a process skipped or missed that has impacts to our ground water?
Where is this company getting water from there is no municipality water on winhara road so what is the impact of how much water they need and what will the impact be to the neighboring wells? Who will be responsible if their wells cause ours to go dry? Can the current water table support the water needs they will have for their washing plant?
