Cancelling the Cap and Trade program is extremely disappointing and outright dangerous given all of the scientific evidence about climate change and the dangers facing our environment and our future. Citizens expect and need a comprehensive plan to reduce carbon emissions, invest in clean energy, and support sustainable infrastructure. This must happen at a policy level on a grand scale and it must happen immediately.
