The Township of Mulmur is concerned with the proposed broader provisions under subsection 35.1 of the Planning Act, if the regulation could apply to areas without full municipal services. The Township would prefer to see the broaden provisions to regulate ARUs apply only in settlement areas with full water and waste water services.
