Stop taking us back to the 1950's....we need Cap and Trade and we need the costs of polluting to be raised. In light of the IPCC report a few days ago we have no time to lose. I can't even believe we are talking about this. Bold action, beyond anything that was in place before is required. Take the start we made with Cap and Trade and embolden it with further, stronger measures to protect the environment and limit climate change. Nothing else matters, not taxes, not jobs. Let's get real here.
