RE: Proposed Amendments to Ontario Regulation 73/23: Municipal Planning Data Reporting

On behalf of the City of Toronto, we are pleased to submit the City’s comments and recommended revisions to the policy changes contained in the proposed amendments to Ontario Regulation 73/23: Municipal Planning Data Reporting. At its meeting of May 9, 2024, Planning and Housing Committee considered the staff report including attachments 1 to 4 which address the feedback being requested through the various ERO postings. Enclosed attachments contain City comments and recommendations on the proposed amendments to Ontario Regulation 73/23: Municipal Planning Data Reporting.

Toronto City Council will consider the staff report and attachments 1 to 4 on May 22-24, 2024. Staff will forward to the Province, Council’s comments raised and written communications from interested parties during the consideration of the enclosed report.
