Self-appointing the provincial government to have more control over municipal affairs is a "big government" overreach and abuse of power.

Toronto city major Olivia Chow has an extremely high approval rating, and her bike infrastructure has been overwhelmingly supported by the residents of Toronto.

Bike lanes reduce traffic by encouraging local commuters to bike and free up space for those who must drive into the city.

The congestion that will be caused by bikers slowing down the right lane of traffic will be worse than when they have a designated lane (especially with regards to right turns), and will be worse for the environment.

This is an absurd proposal and it must be denied.
