I do not agree with loosing…

I do not agree with loosing points if you do not claim a tag, how would you know if you are getting a tag? This is why a groups will have two to three people apply for the same tag so they can better their chances of getting one and if they all get one they do not need that many tags. I think just have a deadline to accept the tag, after that have a third allocation but the people that didn’t claim their tag can not apply in the third allocation but will not loose their points.
