We are long time residents of the Long Branch neighbourhood and STRONGLY oppose the proposed amendments to the regulation of ARU which we have just learned about today!
There has been no consideration or enough time for neighbourhoods to provide feedback, prepare impact studies or consultations. Tree canopy impact has also not been addressed or taken into consideration.
We oppose ALL five changes proposed - FSI, Building Distance Separation, Minimum Lot Coverage and Angular Plane.
