I am appalled and disgusted at the way this act tries to sneak through an exemption for environmental regulations for highway 413. This isn’t about bike lanes at all. It’s about speeding up the building of a highway nobody wants to better serve the Premiere’s rich developer friends. This is basically corruption with a little wrapping paper and bow on top. But who will be there to save the residents of this area from the impacts of bypassing regulations — when the flooding, for example, ruins their new homes? Definitely not this government
