I think this bill will undermine the safety of bicycle riders and put's too much control in the hands of the provincial government. I think it should be left to the municipalities and cities to determine what is best for their constituents. The Provincial Government should STAY IN THEIR LANE! and stop interfering in local matters on local roads.
