A human sewage storage facility with no roof to be covered by tarps and tires to be built on a hill a few hundred meters from the Sydenham River? The proposal indicates discharge into the St.Clair water shed aka Sydenham River. I can't believe my Ontario government has this much disregard for our land, and our community.
