The Ontario Clean Water Act, the protection of species at risk in the Sydenham River, the overall protection of the environment, the removal of agricultural land forever by using this property as industrial wasteland, the PFASs that no one is accounting for,
the hundreds of chemicals that are in this particular product, THE UNKNOWN!!! We are creating a potential environmental disaster. Why, in 2025, are we doing this? Why? The runoff from this property into the
neighbouring drink water, the runoff into the sensitive Sydenham River, the runoff from this property across cropland, into people's cattle fields should not be allowed and will NOT be mitigated by some engineered mess by a STORM EVENT. It is a crime, plain and simple. Whoever is pushing this project through, whatever money is driving it being pushed through, and for whatever reason is responsible for the future of the destruction of community and the end of a oeaceful rural lifestyle for its residents. It’s a complete slap in the face to everyone who wants to do the right thing for the environment, for public health,
for fresh drinking water, for preservation of agricultural land. A thriving rural community of people's homes, communities and lifestyle will be no more. A community destroyed for the financial benefitof one!!!! Reconsider this project in this location!!!!!!!
