The proposal for the control of storm water run off is too vague to comment on. The real issue is the planned facility to store biosolids. Based on the available information the proposed facility will at least be an environmental nightmare and will most likely become an ongoing environmental disaster. A facility such as this must be constructed with solid walls and a permanent roof to withstand the weather extremes that are becoming all to common.
