A compliance certificate for sewage in the middle of our community? We have dozens of rural residential homes directly downhill from this proposed facility. We have farms and their respective ESTABLISHED businesses surrounding this facility. Farms where people have not only made their livelihood, but have made it their home. We have a seasonal trailer camp just downhill from this facility with over 50 sites. We have the Texas Longhorn Ranch and a wedding venue in the area. We have the Hamlet of Napier with dozens of homes there. I'm astounded that we are considering a compliance certificate for LaSalle Agri. There will NO compliance. Please look at the history of of fines and complaints with this company!!? With respect to history….the zoning of this particular property is such that the township some 40 years ago required a variety of zoning. At the time, zoning this property industrial seemed like the thing to do. There was no foresight that there would be a facility of such size and magnitude considered for this property some 50 years later. And no foresight that it would potentially be a human waste storage facility. I can 100% guarantee you that given my knowledge of the community that this property would never have been zoned industrial. Everything surrounding it is agricultural, or residences!!

Please put on your thinking caps and reconsider what you are looking at here. Perhaps go out to the site and have a look. At the community where people live, have made their lives; their property values are going to be nil. Their lifestyle is going to be destroyed. This is absolute foolishness.
Reconsider this application!!!
