This legislation seems like Doug Ford took Toronto's rejection badly and it now creating stuff just to spite this city (without realizing it's also going to mess up all the other cities in the Province)!
People need bike lanes! Don't remove existing ones, or prohibit new ones. Work with municipalities to help build better transportation infrastructure not make them remove or stop their improvements.
