I believe this bill is a massive overreach of provincial jurisdiction and is fundamentally flawed in it's application, lacking any data-driven policy. All available evidence points to bike lanes reducing gridlock and most importantly, saving lives. This bill will directly threaten the people of Ontario and is unconscionable, and waste taxpayer dollars in needless acts of petty municipal vandalism.
