This is a ridiculous overstep into municipal authority. As a resident of Niagara, it's offensive how much time the government wastes meddling in the municipal affairs of Toronto when there are pressing issues that need to be addressed elsewhere in Ontario. It's shameful to waste the tax dollars of people all across Ontario so that the premier doesn't have to look at bike lanes on his commute in Toronto.
