Since this new point system…

Since this new point system started 4 years ago. I haven’t been able to hunt moose? Very, very frustrating.Natives should be included in this system to help bring back the moose population. They don’t seem to have a limit on how many moose they can shoot. Not fare for the rest of us trying to do our part. Why are non residents able to hunt and some residents are not allowed. System is very flawed. Remaining tags unclaimed after second draw you should keep going down the list of first choices in the second draw instead of that phone thing, first come first served. Please fix the system thanks
