Why are you doing this? To turn the clock back to the industrial age, or even as recently as the 1990s when our air was so putrid in the summer you couldn't step outside? A return to brown outs, and rolling blackouts? To save a household $150/yr? I personally value my life and the ability to breath over a day or two's pay.

Canada should be leading the world in energy reduction,air and water quality and preservation of natural features. Instead this PC government is taking a page out of Trump's book and slowly killing any progress we have made in the last 10yrs.
