Toronto is crushed by car…

Toronto is crushed by car traffic because we have not kept up with building public transit and providing alternate means such as a safe and efficient bike network.

This sudden and rushed push by Doug Ford has no basis in facts. Removing the bike lanes will not make any difference to rush hour traffic. Instead of 1 lane of stopped cars, we will have 2 lanes of gridlock and more injuries and deaths to those using bikes.

Do not let a Provincial body tell us what to do in Toronto. Their actions are politically motivated by wealthy people who either don't have to drive to work or don't care about traffic at all.
