This bill will send Toronto back to the stone age, across the globe the most advanced and successful cities have realized the key to solving urban gridlock is providing various modes of transport, including cycling, ripping out bike lanes will only cause more people to NEED to drive thereby causing more traffic, and will also make it so much more dangerous for cyclists who choose to continue cycling
