This is a ridiculous overreach by the province. You need to allow the cities to plan and build the infrastructure they need. Ontario's biking infrastructure is in its infancy stages and just like transit, it is infrastructure that needs to be built before the demand gets too high. If you build it they will come. Alternate forms of transit other than car need to be invested in now not blocked. Especially in more urban environments.
