I strongly oppose this bill in its entirety.
Traffic on municipal roadways is a municipal decision and should be treated accordingly.
Removing progressive, paid for, equitable infrastructure that has been bought and paid for is an irresponsible use of taxpayer dollars.

I strongly oppose the 413, its exemption from due assessments and process, especially the environmental assessments act.
