This Bill is based on backwards thinking. The way forward is via better public transit and both bicycle-friendly and pedestrian-friendly ways to navigate the city. Make the city more car friendly will only help traffic temporarily. It will only encourage more people to drive and we will eventually end up with the same gridlock we have now, but without bicyclists being able to get around the city in a safe and efficient way.
