Please do not do this. Let cities and towns decide for themselves how to design their streets, and how to handle traffic. This allows for diversity of thought and experimentation throughout the province, so that good ideas can be tried, and bad ideas can be seen.
Strangling such innovation from the top down is the wrong move.
