This plan has no serious democratic process backing it's conception. There has been nothing done study or research wise to conclude that this legislation is required. No justification as to why Toronto in particular is being targeted specifically for this bill has been put forward either.
This is not a serious proposal and would have no benefit for the greater majority of Ontarians.
