Cities and the people who live in them have made choices to improve transportation infrastructure and move towards more environmentally responsible methods of transportation.
These cities collect taxes and use the money to implement the cycling infrastructure that they're residents want and ask for.
How dare the province come here and tell us how we should live, and what we should do in our communities and with our municipal tax money?
