It is scientifically proven that increasing alternative options for transportation greatly decreases travel time for everyone involved.
Just, "adding another lane", is a short term gain long term pain plan that just increases car dependency, further increasing traffic.
This bill is misleading, it will not reduce gridlock, it will not save anyone time. Please reconsider.
