This is a massive setback for municipal administration and cycling infrastructure. This bill does nothing to support non-car modes of transportation, disproportionately shifting negative impact to those who would make bikes and scooters their primary mode of transportation. This bill disregards the positive impacts cycling has for reducing traffic congestion, let alone the environment. I cannot oppose this bill proposal more strongly.
