As a resident of Kitchener, ON, I am completely against this proposal. My wife and I rely on our bicycles as our primary mode of transportation, and the expansion of the cycling network in Kitchener has directly contributed to our safety every day.
This proposal constitutes serious provincial overreach and I believe it is the wrong move for the province.
