Why is the provincial gov't wasting our tax dollars and public time on municipal affairs of Toronto?
This is a flawed approach and a blame game that distracts from the actual causes of traffic congestion.
World wide studies has shown that cycling infrastructure eases congestion and does not create it.
Ontario should be looking forward to the future and not be regressive looking back at the past.
