This proposal isn't based on data and panders to car drivers that, many studies show, bring less economic value to local businesses. This is a waste of money to rip out NEW bike lanes and an overreach of provincial powers. If grid lock is an issue, speed up repairs on the TTC that carry more people so fewer people need to drive. Additionally, many cyclists have died from inadequate drivers and lack of protected lanes. All we get is, "I'm sorry" and we move on.
