The bike lane addition or removal should be the responsibility of the City NOT the Province.
I don't see why this falls under or is related to Environment.
Bike lanes are a Safety issue.
The Bloor St lanes are new and it takes time for drivers and cyclists to adjust. That is happening now so it should not be altered or removed. Leave it alone.
Removal of lanes will decrease safety. Who wants to be responsible for deaths or injury.
This is like removing Cross Walks or speed limits to to speed up traffic.
Where are children or teens to ride ? Among cars or in a safe lane!!!
