The cost of living in Toronto is significantly high with poorly funded public transportation. If the government cares about traffic congestion, why not focus on speeding up the long overdue Metrolinx projects? Biking is significantly more affordable than cars, healthy, and faster. Bill 212 is clearly a jab at Toronto to cause divide between bikers vs drivers
