You need to drop this bill, all your data is wrong, the bike lanes along bloor have nothing to do with the congestion and even if it did the data shows the car commute is now ONLY 1-3minutes more since the bike lanes got put in. Making cities spend million to rip out what the whole world look at as progress for 1-3 minutes. get a grip.
